J.C. Lindley Makes Contribution to Scholarship Fund

At the spring ILS meeting, J. C. Lindley, long-time member of more than 50 years, contributed $10,000 toward the J.C. Lindley Scholarship Fund. This fund is used to fund the Epsilon teacher scholarship presented each year to a career/technical teacher who is furthering their education.

Mr. Lindley served for many years as the State Specialist for Trade and Industrial Education, and at one time served as State Director. He has been retired since the early 80's and makes almost every ILS Epsilon Chapter meeting, supports all activities, and is still active in his retirement years. The J.C. Lindley Scholarship Fund was established in 1992 to honor Mr. Lindley for his many years of service.
